Set up internet on 2 computers and a laptop and printers. Also set up basic misc tasks as requested at the time . Dont see anymore than 2 hours required .

We have a imou camera that needs to be reconnected to the internet for it to work. There are two cameras.

Ok... Running FTTP through an Orbi Router with a few Satellites RBK353... Just recently had a few Ethernet Ports put into a few rooms... Internet is running perfectly through the Ethernet Ports but iPads, phones, etc will not connect through WiFi or connect but then drop out very quickly... I'm sure this is a quick fix for someone who knows there IT as it has been running fine for the past 2 years...

Internet connection on wifi has been cutting in and out since we moved into our new house. We have spent a lot of the time on the phone to internet providers yet we continue to have connection and speed issues. We are connected to the NBN and have a decent internet plan. We’re looking for someone to troubleshoot and give us advice as to how we can fix it. A small business in Gisborne looking for advice on their network rack, and help with understanding how the internet and wifi are hooked up. We currently have a fibre direct connection to the premise, but we are not getting the speeds, I suspect there is a bottleneck, and before I purchase any new equipment, I need to understand the current situation.

I have bought an hdmi cable and a hdmi-to-iphone adaptor and connected my iphone with adaptor and then to hisense tv for internet access but doesnt seem to work. We have exetel service with opticom and the router is in the garage and all the living and bedrooms are upstairs We have a extender but we still have issues with the internet. As a single mum I have no clue with internet and speed but the provider does tell us it’s fine I’ve had the speed increased twice but still black out areas in the rooms and it goes on and off lagging on PlayStation 4 I need someone to work out what is the issue whether it’s the provider or the house having an issue The opticom is on the wall connecting wires and router must connect to that box so just moving it to the lounge I think is impossible - Due date: Flexible

We have Telstra NBN and Telstra modem in our house. The wifi coverage in has never been great; added a Telstra extender with no sigificant improvement. Telstra diaganostics tell us modem and download/upload speeds are ok but at the moment wifi is terrible. Four people in the house and various devices, with 2 of us working from home.
