We need a technician to check and fix the WiFi in some of our units. Our tenants can find and connect to the WiFi, but there is no internet access. Restarting the router hasn’t resolved the issue—the green light is on, but the connection is still unavailable. I have a Tenda AX3000 dual band router. I have two networks set up, one is 2.4ghz and the other is 5g. The 5g is working fine; the 2.4g is connecting but no internet. Need assistance getting this working

Internet (Telstra NBN) keeps dropping out. Had the NBN technician visit a few times they always say it is fixed, but the problem hasn't been resolved. Need someone who can find the problem and fix it.

Old Vodafone modem – started playing up. Wifi was working fine. Ethernet cables connected was working but can open some webpages and was unable to open random webpages but if switched to a wifi extender that came from the same ethernet line the internet worked in the computer. ISP suggested to put in a new modem, so I bought a new modem. The problem persisted in this case the Wifi from the new modem only connected to some devices So I connected the old modem from the new modem and was able to access wireless networks from the old modem to the rest of the devices that didn’t connect with the new one. Ethernet cable still does the same example I can use viber on the PC but not skype. I can open google type cat get results for cat from the results one webpage will open and one doesn’t.

Hi Every one, My father in law needs help re reconnecting his internet to his computer. Unsure what happened but the internet is still working on the ipad through wifi but not on his PC it has not been working for a week. Im in sydney and cant help he needs some one to do it for him as he is elderly and does not understand. help will be much appreciated. :)

I recently purchased a NETGEAR Nighthawk rs700s router. At first it was running smoothly and as of recently, it keeps dropping off the internet and I always have to reset it almost everyday. I need someone to fix this or give me a solution as to what to do to set it up so that it stops doing this. It’s connected to a modem and the ISP is Superloop.
