Damien is very professional, helpful, and having great knowledge about his work. We moved to the new area, had issue to re-connect so I contacted Damien through Airtasker. Damien accepted the task and arrived on time. There were no arris box in this apartment and then I contacted our supplier, but the technician appointed week after. We are on TPG fast internet. Downstairs we are getting 100 mps +. The house is three stories with concrete floors, meaning the internet on the top floors is poor. I recently purchased a NETGEAR Nighthawk rs700s router. At first it was running smoothly and as of recently, it keeps dropping off the internet and I always have to reset it almost everyday. I need someone to fix this or give me a solution as to what to do to set it up so that it stops doing this. It’s connected to a modem and the ISP is Superloop.
Rayyan was extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. However, wasn’t able to completely finalise my issues due to my area not having reception and him being interstate. I know had he been here in person, my networking issues would have been solved.
