My laptops say no google.com IP settings or DNS error

Hi, Needing someone with experience that can fix our recent issue with our home internet. We previously shared our home internet with the back granny flat worked perfectly fine, however since tenants moved out 6 weeks ago, we switched off internet router. All continued to work fine. However Recently we had a new tenant move in, we re-connected the router for the back granny flat, internet worked after many failed attempts, however we now have various issues with main house internet and granny flat internet. We are with Telstra internet, we have done speed tests, it all comes up as excellent, but the internet is not working, it lags. I have given up with calling Telstra as they don’t help. - Smart TV apps do not consistently work, Netflix, YouTube, Disney plus, come with error messages, we have restarted the TV, the modem boxes etc, it works but then goes back to the error message . - connecting wifi to Mobile phone works but the actual wifi does not work, we can’t play videos or browse the internet unless we are connected to our own mobile internet. Otherwise being connected to WIFI alone does not work on mobile phones.

I want someone to set my modem or internet in such an automatic way that it should shut down at 11 pm and on at 8 am pls To save my children’s future

hi, needing someone to connect my internet using a nokia wifi router.

I went on holiday for 1 month and came back and now I can NO Internet connection my computer. I have unlimited Telstra wifi at home and the connection is always GOOD on the tv and phones, but the computer isn’t connected. Please Help .

Hi I need assistance if someone can drop by at our place e to resolve this slow internet issue. I could do on zoom but then the internet doesn’t work. I have a new Mac air 2023 We have a new internet provider Aussie providers which we changed two days ago and changed it from TPG The plan we have nbn 100 mbps We still have slow internet and it doesn’t work at all even if it shows it’s connected.
