Availability on either Thurs 13th to Fri 14th. Just need someone with the know how to setup my new Comfast wireless mesh router so that it's online. Followed all the basic prompts but still couldnt get it to talk. Let me know if you can assist.

Im with Optus . The internet has been playing up and now says im connected on my laptop but it cant find servers and message The server couldnt process DNS request . Im thinking of getting a new modem and having someone install it for me .Ive been onto Optus tech for hours and thinking im wasting my time .

Telstra modem needs to be reconfigured over to More Telecom. Also rename modem and new password. Also check fixed wifi extenders talk to reconfigured modem. Also Sonas speaker need to be configured

We have recently updated our router, but are having connection issues and set up issues. We also have an internet extender to get WiFi in the granny flat at the back of our house. Connections to there are not working correctly.

Home internet stopped working after tenant turned off the modem. Since then modem has been unable to establish DSL connection. ISP confirmed the service is fine. The modem appears to be fine too. Need some data cabling technician to very of dsl port at home to mdf is okay.

Set up wifi repeater to improve home wifi. New home with 4x cat4 wall points. Modem in downstairs office, having issues with upstairs streaming. Don’t have repeaters want a tech to suggest & install correct product. Telstra modem usually 40-9”mbps downstairs

We are needing someone to come to apartment to assist with our internet connection with Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.
