Moved into a place and the internet is terrible. It’s got NBN but seems to cut in and out or doesn’t connect at all. The router is upstairs and I have a wifi extender downstairs but doesn’t help. Wondering if it’s something I’m doing or should I get my own little modem.

We are needing someone to come to apartment to assist with our internet connection with Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.
