Cut-over internet from one service provider to another. Replace Optus modem with VDSL modem, and confirm connection is active. Ensure Unifi devices are connected to the VDSL modem and are broadcasting correctly. All equipment is onsite.

Help with connecting router to nbn internet

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my internet provider where they’re insisting that there is a line issue in my building (there isn’t, we have no other issues in the whole building of 190 apartments) and they want a technician to check the line and provide confirmation that there isn’t anything wrong with the building line before they can escalate it with NBN. I need someone to check it (whatever that means) and provide me with an invoice or report confirming that there is nothing wrong with it.

I do live streaming and I have a ultra fast internet connection with vodafone plus nbn. I am having ‘packet loss/late packet’ issues which are causing me to not be able to live stream video. I have been through all troubleshooting with Voda, replaced all hardware and updated all drivers. I’m at my wits end.

We need to improve the internet coverage in the house. Modem is on the ground floor and we want to bounce it better around the house.

I have new broadband at home , need to get my home computer connected to network. It an older computer so have a portable wifi connector . It worked with previous internet , not sure why this won’t work .

We are needing someone to come to apartment to assist with our internet connection with Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.

The current internet router is located at the back of the house. I need an ACMA approved cabler to relocate the router point to the front room. There are no access issues to these points as the house is lifted and not built under
