We require 1 x Hard Drive installed into CCTV system (UL Tech) 4 camera system as per attached instructions etc. New internet connection needed for CCTV to be remotely accessed and for our POS back of house monitor to connect to internet - so 2 new internet connections needed - maybe just adaptors required? This im not sure. We want someone to help us sort this out and ensure it is working on site as part of the agreement. Hi We’ve just moved into a new place and basically don’t know how to transfer/move/setup our internet at the new place. We received this email on how to go about it but we still don’t get it. “Hi, Thank You for your email. Please note that since you have the NBN device at the property an SIK wont be sent, please kindly connect the devices and switch it on so that the activation could be completed remotely once NBN try to detect data. As stated before in the email the minimum data generated threshold eligible to be detected by NBN is 3.1mb. The equipment at your premises is needed to be detected on the NBN system prior to activation is completed. NBN performs the activation test at 04:00 and 10:00 in the morning and evening. Please ensure that the equipment is left connected at these times. If you have a working internet service on the phone line the NBN FTTC is connected, The NBN equipment can be left connected overnight from 10pm to 6am and previous setup can be reverted after this.
