Optus modem showing wifi connection but not providing internet connection to the internet. Have contacted Optus, they said issue was resolved but still have no internet.

Solve slow or sometimes no internet connections on PC and reset TV. Problems started when we switched to 5G. Optus telling me I need an extender as PC not in same area as modem.

Have just moved to New home build. NBN technician repaired damaged cable today and set up FTTC box /Google Nest/modem however left before testing. NBN box is a working but I still can't get wifi to work and need assistance asap.
