Hi there, I am having issues with my network and the internet connection (pocket wifi) lately. It used to work ok but its gotten worse to basically not working at all. Now i am standing on the balcony to actually be online. Phone is vodafone and pocket wifi is also vodafone. I have no network or maybe 1 bar on my phone most times. Internet doesnt connect at all anymore. I went to vodafone and they gave me new sim cards and still no change. I have this box on the wall which doesnt belong to me but perhaps this one has something to do with it? Please see pics attached. I need this to be resolved asap. What can i do?

We have a vodafone modem, nbn recently put in, signal is worse, it is at the front of the house. We also bought TP link boosters (set of 2), they don't seem to work/we can't get them to work. We would prefer wifi booster options rather than cabling? The previous modem was in the middle of the house (it is an old, long terrace, with 3 floors).
