Our home internet is intermittent. Vodafone and the nbn technician already went here and no problem on their part. They think it’s the cable at home that is broken that’s why internet is slow and intermittent.

G’day, I’m having a bit of trouble setting up my wifi and internet. I’ve got the router here and some details from my provider, but I’m not really sure what I’m doing. I just need someone who knows what they’re doing to get it all working so I can use the internet on my devices. I’ve just put $5 as the budget because that’s the lowest it lets me, but feel free to offer what you reckon is fair. Shouldn’t take too long for someone who knows their stuff. Cheers, John

NBN internet keeps dropping out, replacement modem supplied and still drops in and out often and i need to set up an extender

Had new provider Aussie Broadband fit FTTP. Was told could use original Telstra Modem that I had. Internet now seems to drop out randomly and won't reach certain parts of the house. Doesn't seem any quicker with fibre either.

Lost wifi connection when trying to reset printer

I have just had fibre to premises installed but the speed is rubbish. Up to 40 mbps at the modem but down to 15 mbps in rest of house. iiNet says there is nothing wrong. Need advice about mesh wifi. Have d-link but Was told that is rubbish. Will a new mesh system work or is the issue with the actual nbn.

New a tech on-site for a customer to review their internet and WiFi. Issue seems it may be their network need it diagnosed and outcome provided.

I have recently upgraded my Internet to 1000/50. I have an ASUS AI mesh network at home. The speeds I am getting are only 100 to 200 kbps. I require someone with knowledge of the Asis network to modify configurations to improve the wireless speed

I built my PC but for some reason my D-link wifi adapter is showing wifi’s but not connected to the web. It says “no internet, Secured” I have tried all network resets and command props. Uninstall adapters, checked VPNs and still hasn’t worked.

My google nest router is not connecting to internet, There doesnt seemnto be any connection issues with my nbn connection
