THE BAD BIT; I live up on the third story of the apartment block and its only accessible with stairs so thats not ideal. I dont have my new apartment secured but it will possibly be up two flgihts or stairs is worse case. Im looking South Yarra or St Kilda suburbs - all on quiet and wide streets for truck access.
