I erased my Mac Now I can’t reload IOS.

Dell: Need BIOS reset as I have forgotten the password, and windows installed(previously running Ubuntu 22.04) Asus: Needs Windows Installed, also some funny business going on. Please understand you can’t disconnect the battery and reset the pwd as you used to. Showing up: No Bootable Device found. I could probably fix it just a bit busy lately.
