Over time and especially when lacking finances to be able to have a tech wizz to assist resetting my scrambled iPhone I have repeatedly attempted to do so myself….. Along with numerous apple support consultations, self education and extensive resetting however…. Now I have created a monster that's extremely inefficient, frustrating and a total drag…. Its an old ish iPhone SE and probably better off just getting a refurb or new one but until I sorted all my mess out on this I am assuming it will follow me again… You however, must not be too precious to take on my task as my occupation can be viewed as kinda “spicy” and yes, many of my requests in terms of how I need my handset to operate involve work functions. Also, need to be assured re my privacy and personal information is safe etc…. Basically I just want someone to do this for me I have tried this for such a long time its pretty embarrassing really… I just wanna tell u how I use/need to be able to utilise my phone personally and professionally and you just sort the darn thing out for me… Sweet?

Thought my iPhone hacked so did iCloud backup and erased iPhone. Then restarted and downloaded from iCloud. Problem is that 3 things are required- an Apple ID and password Apple Account and password (think these are same thing) and Apple “Store” account and password. All the apps are purchased using this Apple Store Account. I forgot the Apple Store account password. Was told to wait 72 hours then I could reset. Waited 3 days then option to reset Apple Account (not Apple Store account password). My issue now is I have a working iPhone to make and receive calls but no apps.
