Im having trouble transferring songs with putting music onto my iphone I need someone with expertise who can come on site and help me with this as im facing complications. Will take minimum 1 hour

I have an iPhone and yesterday I brought and iPad and iPhone for my daughter , it’s all become a mess with all syncing and then locking me out of iTunes ….. I need somebody to come and sort out the whole thing I need somebody extremely tech savvy . I went to the Apple Store but they need to get somebody to call me and I’m not sure I’m going to be able to sort it out , as I’m not tech savvy If somebody can help this morning it would be great

I have decades of music in digital format. Some have been ripped from CD to MP3 some have been purchased as MP3s and there have been several transfers from one device to another over the years so the whole lot is in a bit of a mess. I’m hoping someone is able to do some magic in deleting duplicates, sorting them back into albums and folders and then importing to iTunes so that they’re all accessible by Album and other filters. I also need to be able to have them played via DJ software (Traktor)that connects to iTunes but currently for some reason a lot of the music that sits in iTunes is unreadable by the software I have so hoping that’s also a fairly simple formatting issue or function that needs turning on in one of the programs. The indicated cost I’m willing to pay is negotiable as I’m not sure what this sort of thing should cost

Looking for a computer wiz to help me use an old iPod Classic 160GB. I want to: 1/ connect it to iTunes so I can add music; and 2/ connect it to Rockbox (an app) so I can add music without going through iTunes It looks like iTunes / Apple Music no longer supports iPod. Other people having issues online. This may not be possible. Rockbox is a work around but I understand a bit tricky to use with Mac. Requires reformatting ipod via windows (see here comments - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fwOw_p9r8Y) Payment on either of 1) or 2) being successful via my Macbook. Thank you!
