Need to get a few odd jobs done including painting, ikea furniture assembly, kitchen bench replaced , curtain rails installed

A few carpentry & cornice need plastering.See photos explains. Also need some stones put downstairs between pavers & artificial turf just needs tidying up from daughters dog. There will be a little bit of painting to fix up what has been replaced. Nothing major. I dont have any materials apart from the laminate flooring. I also need it done start to finish not I will be back in a week 🤦🏻‍♀️

Approximately two days work. =16 hours.Finish up some lose ends. -Install about 6-8 pine sleepers under colorbond fence. - Hinge and install colour bond gate with latch and piece of fencing. - Install cabinet above fridge . - Frame up of garage to hold sectional door, needs triple studs(half completed already) - Install some blue board and trim above windows All parts are provided and ready to install except studs. Would need you to include studs in your price and bring them to site.

I have various small tasks to be carried out, they include hanging shelves, gallery art system, securing cabinet inserts like pull out racks and storage containers to joinery doors [inside]. Hanging IKEA assembled cubes to walls. Fitting a strip of LED lighting under cabinets [stick on variety] requires small hole in joinery to access power [plug in. No elect. wiring] Install a small clothes line to a wall. Connect washing machine taps. You will need to have all of the tools and equipment required to confidently secure to block or Gyprock walls. I need a skilled person who can carry out all of this work to a high standard, is punctual and cleans up after themselves. I expect there is maybe half a days work possibly a little longer? I need a jack of all trades .. i need my floor boards finished I have a small area left to finish and a tiny area I need to stick some leveler on. I need the trimmings done. I need a gutter hung. I need kitchen tweaked (kick boards installed) draw base fixed.. I need a internal sliding hidden door installed .. I need some rubbish taken away.. I’m happy to negotiate a daily rate and would like the work to commence 3rd May. I only want certified tradies who take pride in their work.
