I have shaving cabinet Has been installed wrong The shelf meant to sit on bottom I want to reinstall it again

I need to cut down 6 side panels and 6 plinths from Ikea Pax wardrobes. They need to be cut down buy 37mm exactly. A table saw is needed for the plinths as there is no room for error. Someone who is experienced in getting clean cuts on laminate with limited edging chips.

I have carried all the parts down to the location at the back of my yard, so it’s ready to go. It needs to be done tomorrow 29/2 because I have a real estate inspection.
