Looking for a skilled individual to supply and install vinyl on the MDF spiral staircase. Previously, the stairs (15 stairs) were carpeted, and both carpets and nails have been removed already. I am open to various ideas and options to ensure high quality finish. You may need to inspect the stairs and take me through the process. Originally (preferably)was looking to install engineered oak flooring on the stairs but it seems no one could do it. Please provide a quote including material and labour costs.

As in the photos, rotted timber weather boards 2750x850mm section needs to be fully replaced as well as the back plate structure timber board. I’ll prefer to get new fibre cement cladding to be installed, and need an advice on how you will fix the back rotted timber board which is supporting the edge of roof sheets. Own tools needed but driveway space available to park and set up. Corner return approx 60 cm high , 2 faces 60cm, 70cm. Microwave space approx 64cm high 63 cm wide. Sheet is higher than space so will need to be cut down.

Wanting 2 floating shelves in my laundry but all DIY ones look cheap. It may be too pricey for me, but seeking quotes to make/ install 2 solid wood shelves into the plaster wall. Prefer similar colour to the floor boards in second pic, but open to staining myself if sanded and ready to go. Want someone experienced and confident, also as I don't know what wires/pipes are behind. Roughly 85 x 30 x 4 or 5cm, load bearing sufficient for towels/sheets etc. Thanks!

The nail of the bed is coming out regularly which is affecting the bed and not able to sleep properly.If you can fix the nail with glue or something that would be really helpful

Not sure how much it will cost... One side of the wall of the garage is cement sheeting fixed on timber frames. The base timber plank which lies flat on the concrete floor is rotten. The bottom edge of the cement sheeting is supposed to be fixed on this base plank, but, because the plank is rotten, the bottom edge is not fixed. So the storm blew part of the sheet away. You need to do 1. Replace the rotten timber plank lying on the concrete floor. You can tell me the dimensions of the plank and I can buy it for you. 2. Replace the cement sheeting with Fiber Cement Board.
