I have Chronic Fatigue and need to adhere to a strict Keto Diet for 6 weeks. I have to Macros that I need to adhere to. Don’t wish to do dirty Keto, but a balanced program. I would like to trial the first week, then am happy to commit to the 6 weeks. May also continue after then.
