Painting of laundry. Door and ceiling. Laundry is small. Small kitchen needs painting. Includes ceiling. Sanding back kitchen cabinets and spray painting. Will need to take off doors to spray paint.

I want to sand down, prime and resurface my kitchen cabinets. I also want to prime and paint over the black tiles and make them white.

I’m trying to update my kitchen in the most economical way possible. They are a wood look laminate and I would like to paint the cupboards to modernise the look. The laminate is in excellent condition, no peeling, no damage or repairs needed. The handles will be replaced, so the holes from screws will need to be filled and sanded once removed. I also have some new handles will also need to be installed that are of different size than the existing ones - so one of the existing holes need to be covered first.
