Find a professional kitchen hand in South East Perth

Wanting a chef to brush up on my knife skills for an hour or so . Will bring it ingredients to chop up and a chef's knife. Just need some expertise .

Cleaning food out of fridges and freezer. Checking used by dates. Checking best before dates. Throwing out food in the rubbish or garden hole for composting depending. Boxing up food for storage in the car for the duration of 10 days. Checking food status, for example: vegan or vegetarian or Halal, or kosher, kosher for Passover etc. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 13 April 2022

8-11:30 pm. This is for a private party in my home for 100 people. All food will be pre prepared. I need someone competent to run the kitchen.ie. heat food, assemble food onto serving dishes, assemble food boxes & sliders etc. Family and friends will help serve. At the end of night help gather empty glasses and platters and set dish washer. Leave kitchen reasonably clean.
