Need two small tasks done. 1) Need Licensed Plumber to fix the leak from the kitchen sink tap. It seems like one of the seals just needs to be replaced as water seems to leak over a period of time slowly and the base it staying wet. and 2) Need a new door handle replaced on the bathroom door. would be great if there is a licensed plumber who is able to replace the door handle as well. Pics are attached of the kitchen sink, the bathroom door and the new door handle I have bought for the replacement. - Due date: Flexible

Cut out for kitchen tap and water filter tap

Kitchen sink is leaking. I think it just needs new tape and tightening but I can't get there to do it. Receipt required for tax purposes

the sink tap connection is loose and cannot be rotated left/right, it appears to be missing sprout/o-rings/dish . In addition, there Is a minorleaks in the traps connection below the sink

Toilet may just need new o ring - is running and the cistern keeps refilling. Likely a quick fix. Kitchen sink drain pipe has minor leak somewhere, water from one of the two sinks collects in a container under the S bend. We also have new tap rings that you could install on bathroom taps for us X4.
