We have a drinking water pipe under the kitchen sink which needs to be placed next to washing tap. To do that, a hole needs to be drilled (hole might need to be 70-100 mm in diameter but not sure at the moment)

My apartment has really good water pressure (almost too good in the showers. Very strong, it’ll nearly flush you down the drain) but my kitchen sink for some reason over the last couple of weeks has completely lost water pressure so it’s very low (almost just dribbles out).

The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also
