I'm looking for someone experienced to help unclog my kitchen sink. The water is draining very slowly, and I suspect there may be a blockage in the pipes.

Sink in the kitchen has been blocked and need to clear it.

Shower Walls: • Re-grouting needed for the tiled walls in the shower area. • Some sections have visible mold and discoloration along the grout lines. • Prefer a thorough clean-up of existing grout before applying fresh grout for a clean and uniform finish. 2. Kitchen Sink Area: • Re-grouting required for the backsplash area behind the kitchen sink. • The existing grout has mold/discoloration along the edges where the backsplash meets the countertop. • Would like a clean and seamless finish to improve both appearance and hygiene. The area under the sink is flooded with water so not sure what the issue is.

The kitchen sink is blocked. I have cleaned out the pipes below the sink. All good there. I think the issue is between the kitchen and the drain outside. The laundry doesn’t get blocked and also goes into the outside drain and works fine. So fairly certain it is the pipe from kitchen to outside drain.

The tap in the bathroom is loose. It moves everytime we use it. Also, hotwater comes out even when the handle is on cold water side, after the tap became loose. Also, kitchen water leaks only when we use a lot of water for dishes. I think some kind of connection were not doen properly under the sink.
