Previosuly installed, undermount kitchen sink on my stonebenchtop has come off. Plumbing work is fine. I would need to have the expoy/glue removed from the sink and the benchtop surface, and have this sink re-installed. The Stone benchtop is not damaged from what I can see.

The mixer is loose. Apparently it is because some seals or a mounting bracket breaks. If a new mixer is to be purchased (I hope it is required) please advise how we can purchase one (from Bunnings) by ourselves.
