A 2-way splitter installed at the water inlet under the kitchen sink, so that it can supply water to both the sink and a washing machine. 2. I have purchased a tap - Gareth Ashton Goose Neck Pull Out with Dual Spray Kitchen Mixer KTA045-BR. I need you to un-install my current crappy kitchen tap and install this one, please. The drain pipe for the sink runs through a circular hole cut in the shelf in the cupboard under the sink, so I can't pull the shelf out. The shelf may need to be cut to allow for the weight to move (it's a pull-out tap).

First job - There is a leak under the kitchen sink that looks to be coming from the mixer hoses. They may need to be replaced. Second job - the spout for the bath is leaking water and assume it needs a replaced washer.

Sink not completely blocked but drains very slowly

We need to replace the handle for our kitchen tap. Needs to be a silver single tap. See picture attached. Like for like replacement would be fine. The part that you handle has broken off the current handle. We need you to supply and fit new handle.

Kitchen sink tap has become loose needs to be reattached. Shower guard rail needs to be resealed to tile floor.

Blocked kitchen drain. It eventually drains slowly, but after using the tap for awhile, it filled the sink and stays blocked for awhile. A new U pipe was installed about 3 weeks ago. I think the issue is further down the sink.
