Need to disconnect and remove kitchen sink and replace faulty tap spindle in the bathroom shower.

I've purchased a Removable Deep Waste Basket that goes in place of my sink plug. Unfortunately the bottom part is taller than the current plug and won't fit due to the dain pipe and below shelf not being correct heights.

I am doing a Kitchen Reno and I will need a New sink installed, The sing is new and top mounted. All the waste pipe etc is there & just installing a new sink. The water line for the fridge ( connected from the roof space as the water pipes are almost directly above the fridge space and Gas Cooktop. The cooktop is just a reconect as its the same cooktop going back in the exact same position. No piping required.

The kitchen faucet has been leaking for a while. I turned off the cold one(tight) to stop it from leaking but now it has started to leak again. My friend opened it by mistake. Now the dial on the cold one is rather loose. I do not want it to get any worse. So looking for help

My kitchen sink is blocked (single sink) The water goes down, but slowly, and i'm tired of having to use the plunger everytime I wash something in the sink. It's just the kitchen sink that's blocked. Hello! We are in a bit of a pickle- we have a very leaky kitchen sink mixer that needs to be replaced. However, all of this is well outside our area of expertise. We need someone to come and measure up our mixer so we know what kind of mixer to purchase (as I’ve gone to buy one then it dawned on me that I don’t know if it’ll fit!!) And we then need someone to fit said mixer once purchased. Any help/advice and any recommendations on where to purchase a mixer will be much appreciated. Thank you!
