Fix a lamp with a wonky shade

My Grandmother's floor lamp fell over in the wind and cracked the lamp holder. I'm looking for an electrician who can replace and rewire. It has been rewired from the original wiring, but now that she's gone I'm wanting the wiring to look as nice as the mid-century lamp.

I recently bought a vintage Planet lamp. Whilst trying to change globes the bayonet holder disintegrated. I need this replaced and can also purchase a very dim light off you if you happen to have one.
