Gionatan (Jono) delivered exceptional service - in fact, this may be the best airtasker experience I’ve ever had. The task was to fix a broken lamp (not just any lamp, but a very nice but somewhat complex lever lamp). I wasn’t sure the task could be done, but Jono stepped up with absolutely professionalism and a friendly smile. He delivered the task ahead of schedule and went to extra lengths to clean the lamp (something I didn’t ask him to do, and didn’t pay him to do).... but Jono goes above and beyond for his customers.
