Gionatan (Jono) delivered exceptional service - in fact, this may be the best airtasker experience I’ve ever had. The task was to fix a broken lamp (not just any lamp, but a very nice but somewhat complex lever lamp). I wasn’t sure the task could be done, but Jono stepped up with absolutely professionalism and a friendly smile. He delivered the task ahead of schedule and went to extra lengths to clean the lamp (something I didn’t ask him to do, and didn’t pay him to do).... but Jono goes above and beyond for his customers. He clearly has excellent technical electrical skills and his workmanship is fantastic. Thank you!!!!

Leon is great and extremely easy to work with. He was prompt in coordinating a time to come get the lamp fixed. On inspecting the lamp, he quickly determined what needed to be changed (the plug and the switch as the lamp was purchased from America) and did the job efficiently and with reasonable pricing.
