Price is based on hourly rate. Property in Alderley needs a big clean up - weeding,spraying, hedging, tree lopping. Ongoing maintenance then to be discussed. No mowing at this stage.

Probably a days work in current state (request is based on hourly rate).Will need own equipment plus ute etc to take away cuttings. Lots of hedges around property, mostly chest height. Gardens are overgrown with weeds. Don't need mowing or wippersnipping at this stage.

Weed slightly overgrown garden. There are 3 tree sprouts that have been cut down but continue to sprout. These sprouts get cut off every time the weeding is done but continue to grow back. It's a large tropical style garden, no lawns but many plants and footpaths as well as pot plants which need watering. We have a green waste bin and all equipment, hedger, muncher, pruning shears .
