Interested in discussing scope. We have recently completed our concrete slab and are ready to build our retaining walls around 2 edges of the courtyard and a single wall on the remaining side. In terms of scope we would like to use recycled bricks and we will have the concrete footings poured in the next week or so. Bricks will be supplied. 2 x walls will be 1 metre high and the other 1.5m. Approx. 5.5m each. Please also let us know if you can pave. We will be paving our concrete slab and also need to lay the cobblestone sheets up our alleyway and near our entrance way. Pictures show you the updated concrete slab and areas where the walls will need to be built.

I did an end of lease clean of my house and the agent came back with some specific things that need to be re-done. What I need is to re-do the kitchen including the oven and stovetop, the floor and skirting boards of just one bedroom, two ceiling fans and the exterior and interior of three sliding doors. We'd like someone who is paying attention to the work being done and care about quality (e.g. when dusting and wiping, getting into the cracks and corners), rather than being job after job, focused on finishing up. Other than that, there's nothing special about the house, furniture or other.
