Fix colour bond fence post mounted in cinderblock retaining wall

Our builders erected a colour bond fence on top of a cinderblock retaining wall. The bolts have ripped out of the retaining wall due to winds against the fence and the mortar cracking. Need the bolts replaced plus a way to secure in the mortar of the cinderblock to hold the post mount.

Needing someone to do a very basic surface level clean of my 1 bed apartment. The apartment has been cleaned recently and just needing the dust build up from the the past fortnight to be removed. Remove the dust and wipe down the below surfaces: - remove dust and cobwebs from inside windowsills - remove dust in the aircon and from filters - remove dust and wipe down skirting boards - wipe down kitchen bench and cupboards (inside and outside drawers too- small mark in a drawer and a cupboard needs to be wiped off) - remove dust from outside of toilet - remove dust from laundry, kitchen and bathroom sink and wipe down any water residue - dust tops of blind architraves - dust ceiling lights and cobwebs from ceiling - wipe down door and mirror tracks - remove any dust and lint from dryer - wipe down range hood to remove and grime As the apartment has been previously cleaned, I believe this will take approx 30. Can provide pictures if necessary.
