Hi redoing my backyard needing someone to do the landscaping and lay flat garden bed

I live in a townhouse. Down one side I am wanting stones and pavers to be laid. The pavers are long and are more to use as a walking path as opposed to joint pavers. There are three air conditioning units down the side as well as some small pavers already. I have the pavers but need to source the stones. The ground will need leveling also.

In the next few months I’m looking at doing some landscaping to my front and back yard. I’m after for a quote, that includes the following: Front yard - removal of all rocks and debris from the front yard in preparation for landscaping and planting. Backyard - removal of all grass, soil, rocks and debris from back yard in preparation for pavers. Pavers to be levelled to the existing concrete - Need the ground to be levelled and area for pavers needs to be compacted in preparation for pavers to be laid down flat - weed barrier and paving sand to be applied compacted - dead branches to be cut off bottle brush tree in backyard (tree is tall so will need a ladder) - drain is slightly collapsed, need this to be levelled out - install sleepers for garden bed. I’m happy to supply weed barrier, paving sand, sleepers and sleeper stakes I will need all grass and debris to also be removed from the property. I don’t have side access to my yard, so will have to come through house to remove everything. Have attached some images of the areas as well as a rough plan of what I’m intending to do for the back area. Looking at completing this work mid to late July or early August

The house will be going up for sale in March. The aim of this task is to freshen up the gardens. Main tasks include clearing old plants (approx one to two trailer loads), trimming bushes and trees, planting new natives (and possible new lawn to replace dead lawn), laying pebbles and mulch, and putting down weed and feed on remaining front lawn. The price is negotiable. Our 32m2 flat backyard need digging, levelling and then laying paver, turf and pebbles. Both preparation and installation are need to be done.
