Shovel the soil and dirt on rocky side of house and pile up on a spot in the backyard. 2.2m x 2.2 m x 100mm, reinforced concrete slab for a spa laid close to flush with ground. Spa is 2mx2m so will cover most of the slab. Ground is relatively level, soil is sandy and so I'm expecting that roadbase/sand needed under the slab. Access to the backyard is via rare street access. 2 steps down into yard, rear gate should be good enough for wheel barrow access (see pictures). The Strata Committee of a property in Dee Why are looking for landscape builders to improve the front facade of our property. We would like for the current pavers to be lifted and replaced with an elevated boardwalk from the front of the property to the entrance of the building, all garden framework to be fixed, the guest parking area to be re-cemented and the front fence/bricks be updated by rendering the bricks and joining them with another material to form one fence.
