The area currently has uneven soil and some patches of old grass that need to be removed. Task Details: 1. Laying Buffalo Grass: • Lay buffalo grass rolls (owner will pay for grass and delivery to site directly to garden centre supplier) • Ensure proper alignment, with no gaps between rolls. • Cut edges neatly to fit the garden layout. • Roll over the newly laid grass with a lawn roller for proper contact with the soil. 4. Post-Installation Care: • Water the grass thoroughly after installation. • Provide basic instructions for ongoing care (e.g., watering schedule and maintenance tips). Requirements: • Experience in garden landscaping and laying turf is essential. • Must have your own tools and equipment (e.g., spade, roller, leveling tools). Looking for someone to inspect & repair our drip irrigation system. There are 6 zoned areas controlled by an XC Residential Irrigation Controller. 4 out of the 6 zones were working when I inspected them 4 months ago. The 2x Lawn zones I haven't been able to get working We had some trees removed, which the roots had grown around the irrigation pipe, so the arborist had to cut them & I suspect now that 2x more zones would have been impacted by this. Need someone to patch/repair the existing hoses & ideally get all 6 zones up and working again. There are some solenoid things down the side of the house, but I have no idea how they work. We think the system was installed about 16 years ago when the house was built.
