Primarily I need some soil/turf removed (approx 3-4 cubic metres I think - tarp in the photos is 3m x 2.4m and the pile is around 50cm high at the peak). If possible I’d also like the ground leveled and there’s also some additional work if wanted (cementing in the brick surround and some stirrups for the cubby base to sit on), but primarily the soil removal is the most urgent task. We are on a narrow block so only have limited side access (wheel barrows only unfortunately)

Hedges have been removed prior to leveling and mulching. The remaining structure above ground need to be chainsawed to ground level

Install drain, relocate irrigation box approx 1 meter, remove a small about of soil and lay turf approximately 8-10 sqm. All product/Tip fees paid by client. Good access. Hourly rate 40-50 depending on experience.

Want to get the garden cleaned up and ready for new tenants. Mulching garden beds, trimming back trees and palms, hedging, fixing some side wooden fencing that has some rotted palings. Want to turn it into low maintenance. Probs a full day work. - Due date: Before Friday, 30 June 2023

Install a 1.8m high timber fence about 4.5 meters wide and 1200mm gate. Cut and return an existing retaining wall to finish at the timber fence. (Sleepers supplied will need to be cut with quick cut saw) will need to install a new 90 degree post for the return. Install row of bricks under fence to prevent the dogs from digging. Remove the plants. Remove the old pebbles. Level the ground to the drain with crusher dust or soil. Install a weed mat to complete area. Relay the walk path tiles.
