50 sqm. Ground has only soil which is ready to be levelled in preparation for turf at a later date. Soil is manageable to move, small amount may need removal if excess soil is not needed. Top 50-100mm has already been removed though. Fencing line and retaining wall to be disregarded as they will be replaced to ensure entire yard is level. See photos and make an offer.
