We have a front in need of mowing, whippersnipping, weeding (not too many weeds its mostly leaves needing a rake or something), plants that are going across the footpath need to be cut back also. We also need in the backyard weeding throughout, tidy of all gardens including removal of dead plants with the exception of the grape vines which are simply dormant, mulch needs to be put on all risen garden beds (we started but havent been able to finish so mulch is here already open ready to continue using), all pathways need to have a tidy off from dirt, leaves and weeds also. The fruit trees in the backyard also need to be cut back you will need to climb a ladder for this (we have one if you need it). There is no lawn in the backyard. We have a green waste bin but it will not cover how much will need to go. Also the weeding must be done by hand not with weed spray due to health issues of people living here. Open to negotiation on payment amount.
