Soil Levelling with adding topsoil to requiered level.

$111

Harrisdale WA, Australia

13th Sep 2024

I have a front yard of approximately 53 sqm, and I'm having lawn laid by the developer. I need to level the yard properly before that. Please see the attached pictures for the current condition. Before leveling, I want to add a 100mm layer of topsoil. After this layer is added, the final level should be 30mm below the top of the surrounding hard edges (such as paving and concrete footpaths). I’ll order the topsoil myself if needed, but if you can provide high-quality topsoil, I’d consider that option too. The work will be done in two stages: first, removing the extra layer and debris, and second, laying the topsoil to the correct level. Please also consider the two small patches—one next to the driveway and one next to the pathway—as part of the job. The timeline to complete this work is within the first two weeks of October. Please provide your most competitive quotes.
