We need our front yard levelled before putting down grass. The space is mostly cleared, just a few concrete pavers to be removed (these may even be gone by the time you come to do the job as we are getting rid of them this week!). All that should be left in the earth is some leftover tree roots, but we have already removed majority. Space is roughly 80 square metres.
