I need help with removing sand from my backyard

Gardener required to plant out and landscape my front and rear gardens.

Small amount of rubble and grasses to be removed from front council verge of new build. Ready for grass to be laid.

Remove soil by wheelbarrow then ride in new soil. It’s all flat about 200 deep from aggregate drop across the road. Large is 11mx 2 m. New soil will be from soil and soil also across the road.

Need an area levelled and paved (paving provided) for a 3m x 1.2m shed. (3.6 square metres).

Removal of current lawn, brickwork and retic in place. Replace with practical and "no use of water" very simplistic landscaping. This includes putting mulch, stone and paving designs with little or no vegetation. If possible a feature like a sitting space/fire pit etc. Budget should include the material and labour. Looking for help to remove excess sand from the front of our new build property. Area is approximately 5m W x 5m long (across the garden itself and the verge on the otherside of the footpath). Additional smaller bed needs to be done on other side of driveway but don’t have dimensions handy. Need to remove 4cm of sand from the hardscapes to prepare for landscaping of the front of the property plus level off the remaining sand to allow for some additional paving on far right of property from metre box to footpath. Tasker is expected to facilitate removal and disposal of sand from site.
