1. Two areas (approx. 1m x 1m) will need to be dug out and filled in with soil; noting these areas are prone to water logging and have very thick clay. Client to provide two new plants to suit area (recommendations welcome). 2. Two Hydrangeas (already grown, currently in pots) to be transferred to Hydrangea flower bed (some refreshing of the soil is likely to be required). 3. Along existing Hydrangea flower bed, the front edge to be lifted and then the area under the Hydrangeas to be covered in new soil (or other) to make area attractive and enhance Hydrangeas. Note: Soil and edging to be provided by the gardener. 4. Weeding along two side returns, approx. 10m in length.

Build a wooden bench (painted white) on top of the existing brick planter. The dimensions are: length 6300mm x 840mm width. Make the bench openable (to allow storage underneath). 3 sections x 2.1m length is ideal. Steel frames underneath the seat to provide support and gas struts. The trench to be excavated is narrow 320mm X 7.3 m long and depth 650mm. Unfortunately the soil has rubble and tree roots which need to be excavated as well. Access is limited to paved pathway and two flights of stairs - one set 10 steps and the other 6 steps. Disposal will be into a skip in the driveway of the property. I will supply the skip, shovels, crowbar, maddock and some containers to shift soil. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 7 November 2023
