Courtyard tidy up with two small garden beds (~1m2 and ~2.3m2) - small amount of weeding, removal of dead leaves / sand to level, mulch (to be supplied) and trimming trees. Unsure if the smaller garden bed should have one of the fox tail agave removed or how best to improve this area, so any advice here would also be appreciated. I am renting my apartment out soon so would like it to be neat and as little maintenance as possible for the tenants. Flatten, compact and level garden bed area so that pavers can be laid as per plan in picture. May install weed mat and paver sand however will be planting ground cover in the gaps.

I moved into an apartment a few months ago and one of the windows came so dirty with dirt and grime that I refuse to open it. Ick! The job to clean it is a tedious one and I'm willing to pay someone to do this for me. Whether you use tools/brushes, a small pressure washer, or opt to do it by hand is up to you, however be warned that this is not simply a 'wipe and done' job. Notes: - The window (approx 1.5mH x 1mW) is located inside of an apartment block and there is no access from the outside of the building. - I can provide a small step ladder (which will reach if you are not too short!) but if you would be more comfortable with a larger ladder for the top sections then you will need to bring your own. - I do have some basic household cleaners (which I'm happy to lend you) but I'm not exactly sure if it will help so bonus if you have your own products for this. - I'm renting! We can't remove the windows or screens or cause any damage. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible
