Need help to re-lay a section of bricks that has been lifted by cars using the driveway. Bricks currently on sandbase. Need bricks removed, ground compacted, potentially some road base and bricks reapplied. 2 metres X 2 metres

Having difficulty leveling the soil in our front yard and need someone experienced to help. The goal is to level it to about 2-3 cm below our driveway pavers. Along the neighbor's driveway, the soil should be even with their driveway and then slope up to our fence line to match the level of the rest of the yard, as we'll be adding a fence in the future.
