Each side is approx 3m x 1.5m The left side has stepping pavers that I’d like to remove and potentially put them in the middle of the grass Hoping to also fill in the fence gap with some soil or whatever is recommended to keep it stable Happy to have someone come on site for a more accurate quote Preferably done in 2 weeks Thanks!

We need some landscaping work done in an area recently dug up by plumbers. There are sunken and raised areas. We need: - Excess in raised areas moved into the sunken areas (where the trench was) - Sunken areas filled with soil. - Whole area levelled out, graded & compacted. - Spread out & finished with tuscan stones The whole area is approx. 6m x 7m however the shed & trees take up a chunk of this. Probably needs a site visit to quote. Will supply soil & tuscan stones. We also need 2 x 2m trees planted. These will need adequte holes dug and back-filled with soil/manure mix after tree is planted.

Need the rear fence replaced (approx 17m long). Retaining wall (about 0.6m high) may also need to be replaced. Melbourne Water will pay 50% for the fence (but not the retaining wall), so you will need an ABN for them to issue a PO to you. Budget listed is only nominal. Job to be quoted.

small courtyard in Reservoir that runs the length of the unit ~13m x 3/4m. Currently in unmaintained state,It’s “grass” (overgrown weeds) running length with concrete slab in the middle as you exit the back door. I have absolutely NO idea what to do with the space, completely overwhelmed when I try to decide what to do with it. I own the place & want to consider what might be attractive to Potential buyers should I decide to sell. I’d like no grass, rather paving or compressed type stone that’s easy to clean & gives a rustic style feel. I love Tuscan style villa courtyards, love gravel look/feel/sound but don’t want the dust! Any greenery should be set & forget or pot plant trees like lemon etc. I’d like greenery just easily maintainable. Not fussed on having main table area for entertaining but would love cosy lounge area that could seat 6 -8 or so accommodating space for a fire pit, or low table and a bbq. I like the idea of trees lining the back fence that have lights shining up on them and the fence. The rest could be pretty simple, paved/stones, open and versatile. I did consult another company but as I have no creative brain, I just felt I didn’t get much guidance/help and advice as I need. I’m not fussy at all, just want a cosy space, with a bit of character that I can enjoy sitting in. Also, I have a dog so less dirt to dig, the better. Finally, two requests: I have a bougainvillea my nonna gave me which would be nice in incorporate if possible. Not sure how transplanting it would go? Also, you’ll see a timber garden bed- my late dad built that for me and I’d like to keep it. Everything else can GO! In terms of timeline, I’d be able to start work from end of June onwards. Have a current retaining wall that needs replacing- I have purchased and have all materials being concrete sleepers, colorbond fence at 1.8m high with a 930mm gate, fence posts, ag pipe, concrete for posts, etc. Looking for someone to assist with carpentry/ retaining wall/ fence/general building skills who can help me put this up in a few days and wants to make some cash to pay a few bills. Have a current retaining wall that needs replacing. Also would like a new fence put up as well. Measurements are 12 m long and 800mm high. Hi, we are based in Melbourne and looking to redesign our north facing backyard. 7m x 8m (photos of current backyard included). With three existing palm trees we would like to remove and a strange wall feature, the yard is a blank canvas. We have zero shade, and with townhouse development likely to happen in the future, privacy is a large feature of the garden. Low maintenance and child friendly. We are looking for plans to be drawn so that we can project manage ourselves.
