Retaining wall made from sleepers is falling apart on side of the house, this needs to be replaced with new sleepers and lined with plastic to prevent future water damage. Use existing metal beams in between sleepers. Will consider installation of pipes for irrigation depending on price for this. Fence on top of the retaining wall is leaning as a result of collapsing retaining wall. Need to realign fence after retaining wall is replaced. Need a qualified landscaper. - Due date: Flexible

A renovated carport needs the soil removed from an area of 12 square meters down approximately 15cm This is topsoil and is itself fill that was under pavers. This requires someone with a spade to dig out the soil and move it approximately 10 meters and dump it in the garden. Have a 2m sandpit that’s filled with sand that we need moved approx 10-15km Need to collect sand (maybe 300-400kg?) as well as frame. I was given one estimate of $50, but you tell me what’s reasonable. Need it done by Monday. Thanks!
