New build in Rostrevor, small and flat 300sqm block. Require simple landscaping (lawn, plants, garden). Fencing, concreting and retaining will already be done.

Look at the best option to transform my small backyard to be a low maintenance area. I am happy with my existing Hedging and Trees. A lack of sun prevents my lawn from growing - would Male Sterile Kikuyu solve this problem? If so I definitely prefer real lawn to synthetic or paving the entire area. If not I would look at paving this area in total or a mix of Lawn and paving if possible. I have attached a few photos showing the lawn area, as you can see there are bald patches. The area of the lawn is 700Lx280W - I would like some lighting also to enhance the area. I am open to other ideas from your experience in this area. Thank you,
