Seeking Initial 15-min phone call to discuss job. We ultimately need an experienced landscape designer to help us develop a landscape plan for house. We are planning a new fence (side and front), front decking and design of garden beds and car parking. Prefer a site visit so designer can get feel for actual space and our preferences. We will use plan for council permit (report and consent, and if needed building permit) We already have existing site feature survey, boundary report, soil report and Draftsman’s plan of existing house/land position/conditions (no detail of existing garden)

Need help moving stones/pebbles around house. Total area is about 100-150 sqm. Need own wheelbarrow and shovel. Would be from 10am until 4pm or so.

I would require someone by 9 am to assist with claering old grass and mulch and then replacing that with new soil, levelling the soil and then replacing with new seed, set up a watering system. Will pay by the hour and would expect that it would be 4 hour minimum and 6 hour max, so from 9 am and up to 1 possibly 3 pm. I need someone to do some general labouring. I am having some soil, gravel and sand delivered that needs to moved around the back of the house the gravel needs to be spread up the driveway, The soil needs to top dress the lawn and the sand is for a sandpit.. Some of the soil needs to be dug into some garden beds. Prefer to pay hourly rate. May have other tasks beyond this.
