I will be having a greenhouse built there after so it needs to have correct drainage (if necessary). If the job is done well and you're willing to build a greenhouse too then we can sort that out after this job. This price does not include materials. I will let you get the materials after agreeing on the job and pay you for them once they are on the property or we can work out what materials are needed and then I can order it from bunnings online pre delivered. Whichever works best for you. Must be reasonably punctual. Must be willing to work 6- 8ish hour days. If you do a good job there's plenty of work in the future. Looking for a hard worker that knows what they are doing. The last person I used on here gave me a poor review because he was meant to build a wall and level some ground but literally didn't know how to use a spirit level or string level or measuring tape and he would show up for 1 hour shifts and make me wait hours so yeah thats what that one review is about.

I am part way through removal of an old lawn to replace with new turf. Located in Kingswood with flat and easy access backyard via side driveway.
