Supply and install mulch as follows: - Quantity: 1.7m3. - Mulch must be quality black mulch (see photos of typical). - Place in 2 back yard garden beds. - Area 1 is raised and an unusual shape but approximately 9x3m or around 27m2. - Area 2 is 2.5x1m or 2.5m2. - Evenly spread mulch to around 50-60mm deep across both areas. - Leave 50mm gap to base of shrubs and trees. - Leave all area neat and tidy and clean up all spillage. - Access to back yard is via path down the side of the house and there are 7 steps on the path. The path is wide enough but it may be difficult to get a wheel barrow though. Refer photos. Please account for this. - Take care not to damage any plants on the entry path. - Take care not to damage irrigation risers. Please ask any questions before offering. Retaining wall at end of drive has collapsed, was retained with wood planks which have rotted away. Paving bricks need relaying as a result too. There is also a reticulation PVC pipe in the area which would benefit from being moved. It’s not a high wall, probably equivalent of two steps up or around 30 cms high. After house build there is building rubble like limestone block, bricks, pavers and excess sand that needs to be moved from back of property to skip in front of property. Wheelbarrow access only.
