Replace ~2m long section of damaged coreten edging. Edging height is 300m. Needs to be cut out and a new sections welded back in. New sections do not necessarily need to curved, straight is ok. Need quote for labour only. Materials to be charged separately subject to proper measurements being taken.

Deep clean 3 bed house with two baths. - all usual clean (vacuum, MOP dust etc) - oven - windows - wipe all surfaces and skirting

Need to have tall grass in courtyard mowed and the standing water and debris in a small fountain water feature pumped out - the area is about 10 metres by 5 meters, and the broken water feature is 1 metre by 3 metres. I want to erect a small concrete sleeper retaining wall at the back of my property (which backs onto reserve). Wall needs to be concrete (rather than timber) as we are in a bush fire zone. Dimensions of wall are about 8 meters long and up to 60 cms high at the highest point. I am happy to pay directly for the materials (additional to/not included in the agreed fee), although I prefer you to source and deliver these to the site. You also need to have the necessary tools. Materials and tools need to be carried from front of house to back of property. Plenty of room to work. Purpose of wall is to enable me to later level the land and tidy up area at back of house. Hedging required by experienced and licensed professional. Must have own commercial hedging equipment (not battery powered). Price includes removal, dumping costs and clean up of all debris (including debris that falls into the pool). Our green bin will not fit all the debris.
