Hi, Happy with hourly rate or fixed price as long as we can have indication of time and ideally a ceiling. I need 4 bulker bags (4t) moved up side passage. Wheel barrow etc will be required. Side passage is 14m -20m length with circa 12 steps in 3 lots. Area for turf underlay soil to be spread & levelled is 45m squared.

Retaining wall has been recently painted. Three decorative screens (plastic) were previously on this same wall and were removed for the new paint job. Some holes exist but some have been covered with paint / difficult to find. Job requires installing the 4 decorative screens (2 large, 2 small) - screws and Alan key provided. It is possible a drill may be needed but keep in mind original holes should be there.

Large green bushes need hedging and trimming, leaves to be cleaned up. Will need a large ladder to get to bamboo hedge.

Trench along retaining wall to be dug. Soil to be moved about 5 meters away from trench. I have a wheel barrow, but if you have your own, its likely to be better than mine. I have shovels. I’m landscaping a back garden and need 1-2 strong people to help for about 10 days over the next month. Offering $50 an hour. Happy to fit around your other jobs, or have 1 person some days and two some days. I will supply tools or you can use your own. The work involves a mix of: - clearing the backyard- there are about 12 timber joists, a gas heater, 2 big pots, a wood step and 2 sheets of plywood to move. - digging over the top layer of sandy soil, getting the builders rubble out and mixing with mulch, spreading as soil. - levelling out an area for turf. - carrying blue metal, soil and compost from the driveway to the back- there are 24 steps to the back garden so hard work! - spreading soil, laying turf. - a smallish pile of bricks / sandstone to move from the front to the back. - weeding and digging holes for plants with a cordless power digger. - Filling soil around stepping stones & planting groundcover. Other stuff to know: - you’re welcome to use a fridge, microwave & toilet. - some days you can park in the driveway. - some days I’ll do a few hours work alongside you, other times you’ll need to just get on with what we’ve agreed.
