Bobcat to remove grass and dirt, put down cracker dust in preparation for Astro turf

I have a 50m2 of backyard area that needs to be dug some 5 to 10cm and needs to be level to place roll on grass. The material dug can be placed on what used to be the sand pit (next to the grass area). There's existing new reticulation, so I need someone to do it with care not to damage my reticulation.

Need this ground cleared and levelled as we are wanting to put another same sized shed here. Back tree will need to be removed as well. Hoping to put some of the rocks and sand in a different part of the garden to support our olive tree as there’s uneven ground behind it (see last photo). If you could also organise pavers to be laid down that would be awesome and we can discuss further cost otherwise clearing and levelling would be great for now. Negotiable on price!
